Industrial production process automation system after a long period of continuous development, especially in the full use of computer technology on the basis of making great progress in the production process has played its important role, and become an indispensable tool for the safe and stable automation of the production process.
Industrial automation is a variety of parameters in industrial production for the purpose of control, to achieve a variety of process control, in the entire industrial production, minimize human operation, and can make full use of energy and a variety of information outside the animal to carry out the work of production, that is, known as industrial automation production.
Industrial automatic control system through the industrial control computer on the sensors and LAN collected a variety of information summarization, analysis, organization, information management and automatic control of the integration. And through the authority authentication to ensure the safety of information.
Function Module
The upper computer information management system contains 8 modules, including HMI, configuration control, status monitoring, data analysis, data management, parameter setting, fault alarm, and report output, and the relationship of each module is shown in Figure 1.
The functions of each module are as follows:
①The so-called HMI is Human Machine Interface. The function to be realized is to allow the operator to operate and control through each simulation button or switch pixel on the interface, and use the change of various pixel attributes to visually reflect the operating effect and site status;
② Data analysis module. Mainly completed from the forecast system to extract data and analyze, analyze the lower computer collected and transmitted to the upper computer of the branch current value, voltage value and illumination value;
③ Configuration control module. According to the system time, real-time collection of bus information and individual parameter values in accordance with the control algorithm and pre-set parameters for the combination of judgment. Output the configuration control instruction to the lower computer;
④Status monitoring module. It mainly judges whether the collected current and voltage values are within the boundaries, and outputs alarms to the error alarm module if they are over the boundaries; it outputs alarms to the error alarm module when it encounters network failure, poor power supply of PLc, and abnormal control of each branch;
⑤ Error alarm module. For the error alarm input from the status monitoring module adopts multimedia methods (video, voice) to alarm, notify the configuration control module in time to ensure safety, and analyze the failure point for reference;
⑥ The parameter setting module contains permission authentication, which allows only the operators with the authority to adjust or modify the working parameters of the system, and prevents non-relevant personnel from changing the system parameters at will through the password system and the setting of operating privileges in order to improve system security;
⑦ Data management module. Adopt the report and database management system embedded in the development platform. Real-time data and historical data can be achieved by querying the data, report output module to the report generation and printing requests;
⑧ printout module. From the historical database to extract the data required by the user, and according to user requirements for the average value, maximum and minimum values, summing and other operations, and fill in the required format of the report column.
