Pre-Development Checklist

1. Software setup: Download and install HMIStudio_Setup_V5.1. Select the corresponding model when creating a new project. Serial Port 1 defaults to RS485 and can be switched to other protocols as needed.
2. Hardware connection: Connect terminal ① to 24V+, ② to 0V, ③ to RS485B, and ④ to RS485A. The TYPE-C port connects directly to a PC for program download; TF card supports offline flashing.
3. Functional boundaries:

   Storage: 16MB SPI NOR Flash; supports up to 200 recipes, 512 digital alarms, and 32 conditional alarms

   Resource limits: Maximum 10 QR codes per screen, 1,000 total per project; up to 32 data acquisition tasks

   Unsupported features: USB flash drive read/write, power-off data retention. For long-term data storage, upload to a PLC or host PC

4. Debugging tip: Run offline simulation first to verify logic, then conduct online debugging with connected devices to significantly shorten development cycles
