In recent years, high-speed double-sided printing machines have become more and more popular among printing enterprises, because it enables enterprises to improve production efficiency and economic benefits in the fierce market competition environment. Although the speed of one-pass double-sided printing is slower than that of single-sided printing, it saves nearly half of the proof inspection and production time, and the automation device on the printing press greatly improves the production efficiency.

The whole machine action control of high-speed double-sided printing machine is composed of three parts: paper feeder, paper delivery machine and main machine. In addition to the main motor, the upper and lower water roller motors, and the brake roller motors are controlled by four frequency converters, the other main actions are controlled by seven cylinders to control the upper water roller, the lower water roller, the ink roller, the lower ink roller, and the delivery roller. The clutch action of paper, upper roller, lower roller, etc. The control of the air circuit is divided into two modes: manual and automatic. The core debugging work of the whole machine is to match the electrical, pneumatic and mechanical actions to avoid the waste of paper in printing.

The control of the machine tool takes the touch screen as the operation interface, and the frequency converter as the execution component. The touch screen is connected to the COM port of the DVPEH PLC through the COM2 port, and adopts the MODBUS protocol. PLC controls four inverters through 485 ports and supports MODBUS protocol.

The touch screen display alarm provides convenient high-speed counting function, which makes programming simple and debugging fast. We connect the signal line of the encoder to the high-speed counting terminals X0 and X1 of the PLC, and the reset terminal of the encoder to X2. The corresponding counter is C251, and Y23 is the host running. When the two phases of the encoder are wrongly connected, the touch screen displays the alarm M455.

Screen design The application of the touch screen omits some of the original buttons, indicator lights, counters, tachometers, time relays and lubrication program-controlled controllers, which reduces the failure rate and reduces the workload of wiring.

When the touch screen is designed, it provides a lot of alarm information in the form of revolving lights in the screen, and also designs a multi-screen PLC input and output status monitoring screen. System operation, use and maintenance are simple and convenient.
