Terminal 2-wire type


The inverter can be started and stopped by terminals. In two-wire type, the machine runs when the run terminal is short-circuited to the common terminal, and stops when the run terminal is disconnected from the common terminal.


There are two ways of two-wire type, which are two-wire type 1 and two-wire type 2.


Two-wire type 1:
Forward terminal alone is shorted to the common terminal, the machine runs forward, and when disconnected, the machine stops.
The reversing terminal alone is shorted to the common terminal, the machine reverses, and when disconnected, the machine stops.
The machine stops when both the forward and reverse terminals are disconnected or shorted at the same time.


Two-wire type 2:
Positive rotating terminal is shorted with common terminal, reverse rotating terminal is disconnected, machine is positively rotating, when positive rotating terminal is disconnected, machine stops.
Positive rotation terminal is shorted to common terminal, reverse rotation terminal is also shorted to common terminal, machine reverses, machine stops when positive rotation terminal or both positive and reverse rotation terminals are disconnected.
When the reversing terminal alone is shorted to the common terminal, the machine does not operate and remains stopped.
In other words, in the 2-wire 2-mode, the forward terminal acts as an "enable" and the reverse terminal controls forward and reverse rotation.


Three-wire terminal


The difference between three-wire type and two-wire type is that when controlling the inverter startup, two-wire type is similar to knob startup, three-wire type is similar to button startup; two-wire type is the short circuit of the terminal after the machine action, and the three-wire type is the terminal touch after the machine action.
Three-wire type is also divided into two kinds, three-wire type 1 and three-wire type 2.


Three-wire type 1:
Three-wire type 1 control forward and reverse requires three terminals and a common terminal, a forward terminal, a reverse terminal, and a three-wire run control terminal.
The three-wire run control terminal and the common terminal are normally closed, and the forward and reverse terminals and the common terminal are normally open.
When the positive terminal and the public terminal touch a point, the machine is turning, when the three-wire control terminal and the public terminal disconnect a point (normally closed state disconnect a point, and then return to normally closed), the machine stops.
Reverse terminal and is the same.


Three-wire type 2:
This mode is also realized through the forward terminal, reverse terminal, three-wire control terminal and the common terminal.
Among them, the 3-wire control terminal plays the role of enabling, the operation is controlled by the forward rotation terminal, and the direction is controlled by the reverse rotation terminal.
When the three-wire control terminal and the public terminal are normally closed, the reverse terminal and the public terminal are disconnected, and the positive terminal and the public terminal are touched, and the machine runs positively. When the three-wire control terminal and the public terminal are disconnected for a moment, the machine stops.
When the three-wire control terminal and the public terminal are normally closed, the reverse terminal and the public terminal are short-circuited, the positive terminal and the public terminal are touched, and the machine runs in reverse. When the three-wire control terminal and the public terminal are disconnected for a while, the machine stops.
