Introduction of PLC equipment maintenance methods

In recent years, with the increasing demand for automation in the manufacturing industry, many opportunities have been brought to domestic automation enterprises. plc, as one of the most important devices in industrial control, has naturally attracted widespread attention. Many factories tend to neglect the maintenance and upkeep of equipment when using PLC control equipment. Such high-precision equipment, once the lack of maintenance, is likely to fail and drop the chain at the critical moment of production. Therefore, in the process of using PLC, we must always carry out maintenance to make it more stable, durable and healthy.

First of all, establish maintenance procedures, test the equipment regularly, and adjust the equipment-related regulations.

1. Ensure that quarterly or half-yearly inspection, especially check the connection of the terminals in the PLC cabinet, if you find loose places, timely reconnect firmly.

2. Re-measure the working voltage of the host power supply in the cabinet every month to ensure its stability.

Second, regular cleaning of shift equipment.

1. Ensure that the PLC is cleaned once every quarter or half a year, cut off the PLC power supply, remove the power supply frame, CPU motherboard, input and output boards in turn for cleaning and blowing. Then install it in place, restore all connections, and then send power to start the PLC mainframe. In addition, we should carefully clean the hygiene in the PLC cabinet.

2. The filter under the power shelf needs to be replaced every three months to ensure the cleanliness of the filter.

Third, do the preparation and maintenance procedures before maintenance

1. Prepare all necessary tools before maintenance.

2. In order to ensure that the function of the components does not fail and the templates are not damaged, it is necessary to use protective devices and prepare for anti-static.

3. contact the dispatcher and operator before maintenance and hang maintenance cards where they are needed.

Fourth, confirm the order and method of disassembly of equipment

1. When shutting down for maintenance work, it must be ensured that there are more than two persons to monitor the operation.

2. Turn the mode selector switch on the front panel of the CPU from "Run" to "Stop".

3. Turn off the main power supply to the PLC, and then turn off the other power supplies to the Mosaka.

4. Memorize the wire number and connection location of the power cord connected to the power rack, and then remove the screws connecting the power rack to the cabinet so that the power rack can be removed.

5. After rotating the screws under the template, you can remove the CPU motherboard and I/O board.

6. During installation, remove them in reverse order.

Fifth, maintenance techniques and technical requirements

1. When measuring voltage, use a digital voltmeter or multimeter with an accuracy of 1%.

2. The power supply rack and CPU motherboard should be removed only when the main power supply is disconnected.

3. Before removing the RAM module from or inserting it into the CPU, turn off the power to the PC to ensure that the data will not be mixed up.

4. Before removing the RAM module, check that the module battery is working properly. If the Battery Fault light is on, the PAM content of the removed module will be lost.

5. Turn off the main power supply before removing the I/O board, but if production requires it, the I/O board can be removed while the programmable controller is running but the QVZ (timeout) light on the CPU board is on.

6. Insert the template with extra care, handle it carefully, and keep it away from static-generating objects.

Seventh Replacement of parts must not be operated with electricity.

Eighth template must be maintained in place after installation.

In fact, PLC maintenance and the need to eat and sleep is the same. People who are tired of working need to eat and sleep first to have more strength. When they are tired, PLC also needs maintenance for better and more stable operation. Therefore, please maintain PLC frequently to prevent unnecessary failures of the equipment and prolong the service life of the machine and equipment.
